There are seven rooms with natural light and fresh decor to choose from, Single, Queen and Twin share. All with air conditioning, ceiling fans and complimentary wireless Internet access.

It’s a traditional pub stay with shared bathroom facilities, included toiletries and housekeeping once per stay.

The Duke is close to McDonald Jones Stadium, The Entertainment Centre, John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle University and the fabulous beaches of Newcastle.

We’re also in the middle of the village with quirky shops to browse about, an IGA for snacks n stuff, and hair and beauty stylists for a little bit of pampering.

All within a quick 5 minutes from the rail station and plenty of public transport.
